1.Membership Application

Any visit to the Sprinkle website does not need a membership. However, if the Visitor wishes to purchase Sprinkle drinking water, please apply for a membership at www.sprinkle-th.com. The Sprinkle drinking water can be purchased after becoming a member.

The current member can recommend the new applicant to receive rewards subject to the conditions specified by Sprinkle, please check the conditions at www.sprinkle-th.com.

If any member wishes to cancel the membership, please contact the Call Center at least 2 weeks in advance.

2.Intellectual Property

All texts, pictures, sounds, videos, contents, elements of websites, trademarks, service marks, names, trade names, patents, know-how, etc. appearing on websites are protected works under the laws. It is prohibited to copy, forge, reproduce, duplicate, modify, disclose to the public, sell, rent out, or perform any actions for any commercial or illegitimate interest from the foregoing intellectual property without an advance written approval of Sprinkle.

3.Sprinkle Drinking Water

Sprinkle has used its best efforts to give accurate and complete details of Sprinkle drinking water to the Visitor. However, the actual details may be changed while the details appearing on websites have not yet been changed. Please carefully check the details of Sprinkle drinking water appearing on an invoice. If there is any query, please contact the Call Center.

If any member discovers changes in color, taste, or odor in Sprinkle drinking water, Sprinkle will issue a replacement. Please follow this instruction:

1. Do not pour the water out of the bottle as it will be thoroughly checked by Sprinkle;
2. Separate the bottle;
3. Contact the Call Center at telephone number 02 712 7272, provide the member ID, name of contact person, and telephone number.

4.Use of Websites

Sprinkle has used its best efforts to develop and improve websites to be always in proper condition. However, Sprinkle cannot guarantee to the Visitors and members that the use of the website of Sprinkle will not cause any problems to devices and software used by the Visitors and members to access the website of Sprinkle. All Visitors and members agree to use the website of Sprinkle at their own risk.

5.Indemnification to Sprinkle

If any Visitor or member violates or does not comply these Website Terms & Conditions and/or performs any act or fails to perform any act which is required to be performed, negligently or intentionally, such Visitor or member must be responsible for any damage occurred to Sprinkle directly occurred by the action of the Visitor or member including the indirect and consequential damage of such action.

6.Privacy Policy

7.Force Majeure 

All Visitors and members acknowledge that in the event of any failures of websites due to any force majeure event, including but not limited to, any act of god, power failure, technical failure which is not occurred by gross negligence of Sprinkle, or any event beyond the control of Sprinkle, Sprinkle does not have to be responsible for the Visitors and members for any damage occurred against such Visitors and members.

8.Refund Policy

If any member is unhappy with the quality of Sprinkle drinking water, Sprinkle is willing to refund the money in full.

"Sprinkle Drinking Water" aims to ensure that all valued customers receive the highest satisfaction from using the service. Suppose the product is damaged due to an error of the Company. In that case, the Company is willing to change or return the product within 7 days after the customer receives the product, which must follow the conditions only.

Customers can submit a refund or return a request for the following reasons and conditions:

Contaminated drinking water.

The gallon is damaged, leaking, contaminated, and damaged caused by the Company.

Bottled water:

To be eligible for a replacement or refund request, the water dispenser and automatic water pump must:

Be in the original packaging

Be in new and unused condition

Accessories, manuals, and original documentation.

Exceptions:

The Company reserves the right to request replacement or refund of all items damaged by other factors unrelated to the Company in all cases.

If the product is unusable, expired, incomplete, or damaged, please contact 02-712-7272 or email info@sprinkle-th.com with member number information, name-surname, picture of the damaged product with a description of the problem that occurred within 7 days after receiving the product.

When Sprinkle confirms the customer's refund request, the Company will arrange to receive the product. Please follow the steps recommended. If the returned product is changed or damaged, and the equipment is not complete or not in the condition of returning the product, the Company reserves the right to exchange or refund and will send the return process to customers again.

Wrong product

If the customer receives the wrong product, please contact 02-712-7272 and provide the purchase order number and pictures of the incorrect product the customer received within 7 days after delivery. Then when Sprinkle confirms the customer's refund request, the Company will arrange to receive the product. Please follow the steps recommended. The regulations are that the product must be in its original condition, the packaging has not been unpacked or torn, and the labels and tags remain intact, not in use except there may be an abnormal condition that occurs accidentally depending on the information received or appearing on the packaging.

* If the customer returns a product that does not meet the conditions, the Company will return the product to the customer and the customer has to bear the shipping cost. The Company reserves the right to disapprove the product return and refund if the returned product is changed, damaged, incomplete, or if the product is older than 7 days after the customer receives the product.

- A copy of the front page of the bank account book with 1 certified copy (A name on a copy of the ID card and the account name must match the name of the purchaser only)

Corporate customer

- A copy of the front page of the bank account book

(A name on the bank account must match the customer’s company name in the tax invoice only)

- A copy of a company registration document, which must be updated in less than 180 days

Conditions for Deposit Bottle Refund

1. The Company will refund the deposit of the Sprinkle bottle when the member returns the bottle to the Company in regular use according to the number of bottles the member has deposited with the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse to refund the deposit and receive it back in case; the bottle is damaged, contaminated, or not in a condition that can be washed and reused or the bottle is contained products other than Sprinkle drinking water which may cause lichen formation or an unpleasant smell.

2. If the member has not received or exchanged water for more than 90 days or cancels the Sprinkle membership, please return the bottle in normal use condition to the Company within 90 days.

3. The Company reserves the right to deduct the outstanding coupon from the water bottle deposit.

4. Bottle deposit Refund

4.1 The Company will transfer money to the member's bank account. Members must attach the original request for the return of the bottle with a copy of the front page of the bank account and send it to the Company via post or to the staff who collect the drinking water bottles, or customers can inform via Line, Email additionally. The Company will deduct the fee for transferring the money back at the rate specified by each bank.

4.2 Pick up in person at M. Water Co., Ltd. Required Documents

For corporate: A power of attorney, a copy of the authorized person's ID card, and a power of attorney, a copy of the company certificate certified true copy, and the original bottle return form.

For an individual: A power of attorney, a copy of the authorized person's ID card, and a certified true copy by the authorized person with the original form of guarantee return.

5. The Company only reserves the right to refund the deposit in the member's name. To change the refunded name, the member must authorize someone else to receive the money on your behalf with a power of attorney.

6. Deposit bottle lost; Please report to the police and provide the notification to claim the deposit.
