SPRINKLE 18.9升送水服务条款和指南

  1. 1. 灵活配送与每周配送安排

    Free delivery, according to your area's weekly delivery schedule, once a week or at the frequency you choose. We will set a weekly delivery schedule based on your area to ensure prompt and timely delivery.

  2. 2. 空瓶押金与优惠券系统

    You need to have deposit bottles and coupons to use the SPRINKLE drinking water service. You can receive up to the number of bottles deposited. And there is no minimum amount to receive water. 1 coupon can be redeemed for 1 bottle of drinking water. Coupons are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. And you can choose the next coupon refill plan in case the coupons run out.

  3. 3. 首次配送与自动换瓶服务

    Receive your first drinking water delivery within 3 business days. For subsequent deliveries, Please place the empty bottle with the lid closed and coupon (for e-coupon users, place only the empty bottle. e-coupon will be deducted from the system.) at the designated delivery point on your weekly delivery schedule. Our staff will replace the empty bottle based on the number of empty bottles/coupons you have placed, without the need for you to wait for delivery.

  4. 4. 放瓶点与楼宇配送安排

    The water delivery point can be agreed with the delivery staff on the first delivery.
    - If the delivery address is a house, you can place the bottles in front of the house or at a convenient point for the delivery staff to replace with new water bottles.
    - If the delivery address is a building, a condominium or apartment building, the place where you can leave your bottles is subject to the regulations of the respective building, condominium or apartment building such as in front of the room, the juristic room down stair, etc.
    ** If there is no available lift in your building, our delivery staff can carry the bottles up to the second floor.

  5. 5. 智能通知与余额提醒

    Our delivery service provides pre- and post-delivery notifications for you. You will receive a pre-delivery notification one day in advance of your weekly delivery schedule, and a post-delivery notification after each delivery to inform you of the delivery status, the number of bottles delivered and coupons used, and the remaining coupon balance. And also offers a notification service when your coupons are running out or about to expire.

  6. 6. 水瓶维护与换瓶标准

    In case any deposited bottle used as exchange for water delivery is not in proper condition, e.g., broken, leaked, stained with paint or chemical, used for filling with drinking water other than Sprinkle drinking water, or scratched, etc., as well as unavailability thereof, the Company shall not exchange the bottle with new one or accept it for reuse.

  7. 7. 轻松取消与退款政策

    Cancel at anytime, Obligation Free, Zero Hidden Expenses. Your deposit is fully refundable when you decide to cancel and successfully return the deposit bottles. Coupon(s) can be redeemed back to cash only if they are still not expired (expiry date on the coupons). The refund only covers the value of coupons, excluding VAT.

fast response, prompt service, seems quite a lot thai people do not drink tap water directly without purification and rather drink distilled/bottled water or prefer buying 'osmosis' water available in most condo laundry room, not sure why but there is a proverb, when in rome, act as romans. well, some said tap water is hard water, not too good for hair, anyway lots of info on google search actually even better if electronic water bottle coupons are used and record kept at company for debit instead of paper coupons given to customers (easier to lose or forget to stick on bottle for new delivery). And yes, now the ordered bottles only delivered to condo's ground floor at the electronic postbox room, not to the door of individual condo units, although the 12 Litre bottles not unduly heavy some elderly residents may have problem lifting and transport it. the company probably can consider delivery to individual condo but charge additional expense, and share with the delivery worker. 7-11 made water bottle delivery to doorstep but this bigger size not available, and no sprinkler brand.

Love this company and delivery. Easy online ordering for various sized water bottles, up to 19.2L bottle, coupon renewal and delivery. Deliveries are on time always. Have used now for 2 or 3 yrs. Cant believe I used to lug water from 711 in the past. Very good customer service. Had 1 bottle in all this time that had a very small leak in the bottle. I put a note on the 19L bottle after it was empty, warning not to use again, as it had a small hole somewhere. Delivery staff left me a free bottle. Totally wasnt expecting that. Highly recommend water delivery program.

I enquired via Sprinkle Line App & an advice was prompt. Then I purchased 24 coupons with a promotion of 5 free coupons. After online registration for 5 min, confirmation email was received. A staff called the same day to reconfirm the delivery date/time, address & quantity. As expected, a staff called and 3 bottles were delivered as scheduled time. Water quality is same as the ones from Supermarket which cost 5 THB per liter. Sprinkle cost 3.20 THB per liter with a promotion. If Sprinkle offers promotion or maintaining 3.20 THB per liter, it’s worth subscribing with them including free delivery.

Best tasting water in the Kingdom!! I am the snobbiest of water snobs. Annoyingly picky at BEST and absolutely impossible to please, hydratingly speaking, at WORST. I would die of thirst rather than drink from a Nestle, Minere or even an Evian bottle. Hyperbole be damned… so imagine my unabashed pleasure whence I found the Sprinkling Oasis amongst the arid climate of bottled sweat and overpriced glorified Khlong sludge… and then to find that Sprinkle is amongst the cheapest of water services? To experience the feeling of being Quenched simultaneously through many different synapses buy one external benevolent force is rare, my Puan. But, it is REAL. It is possible, Puan… it is The Sprinkle Drinking Water service.

Although sprinkle is the only choice in Bangkok for 5 gallon water delivery, it’s a great one. Their customer service has consistently been incredibly nice to me. I forgot to put my empty water bottles outside so they weren’t able to replace them with new bottles. then I called Sprinke and asked if they could come back before the next scheduled delivery and they immediately came back the same day and replaced the water, even though it was my fault for forgetting.
